Harold Barletta

Harold Barletta is a seasoned manufacturing and process engineer with extensive experience in the medical device and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. NPI Manufacturing Engineer at DEKA Research & Development since August 2017, Barletta leads manufacturing efforts for robotic prosthetics. Prior to this role, Barletta worked at Insulet Corporation as a Sr. NPI Process Engineer, focusing on the development of LEAN processes and documentation for drug delivery devices compliant with ISO 13485. Barletta also held a position as a Process Engineer at Philips, where contributions included developing LEAN Six Sigma processes for medical patient monitoring systems. Earlier experience at Saint-Gobain involved leading the development of protective suits and structures using advanced manufacturing techniques. Barletta holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Merrimack College.
