Roland H. Farhat has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Roland H. started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001, where they served as a Manager in the Real Estate Advisory division. During their time there, they successfully led international teams and achieved significant cost reductions for clients. In 2005, Roland joined DekaBank as the Head of Real Estate Audit. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing quality assurance for a large investment portfolio, conducting audits, and managing real estate operations. Roland H. also developed and implemented a comprehensive sustainability audit scheme.

Roland H. Farhat has a diverse education history. In 2000-2001, they pursued an MBA degree at the University of Augsburg. In 2011, they completed the IESE Leadership Program at IESE Business School. In 2013, they attended the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School. Roland H. further enhanced their skills by completing the Executive Management Program in International Real Estate at Bocconi/ESSEC/IREBS in 2016. Rounding out their education, Roland pursued the Leading the Agile Organization course at Columbia Business School in 2021. Most recently, in 2023, they participated in the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and acquired the ESG-Manager (DGNB) degree in Sustainable, ESG-compliant Real Estate Management from DGNB Akademie - German Sustainable Building Council.
