Andreas Thomae

Andreas Thomae is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior ESG Researcher and Strategist at Deka Investment since January 2005, Andreas Thomae focuses on corporate governance, corporate engagements, and coordination between ESG and portfolio management. Prior roles include Senior Portfolio Manager of European Equities and Analyst of Global Financials at Deka Investment, along with a position as Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Activest, and Portfolio Manager at WestLB Mellon Asset Management. Andreas Thomae holds a CEFA from DVFA Frankfurt and a Diplom-Kaufmann (Master's in Business Administration) from the University of Regensburg.
