Lisa Moultrie is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in diversion and community alternatives programs. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Diversion and Community Alternatives Programs at the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office since March 2017, Lisa oversees initiatives that provide alternative sentencing and programs aimed at addressing offender rehabilitation, including drug addiction and mental health issues. Previously, Lisa held the position of Supervising Senior Assistant Solicitor-General at the Office of the DeKalb Solicitor-General, where supervision of the Diversion and Community Alternatives Programs Unit was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include prosecuting misdemeanor cases at the Gwinnett County Solicitor's Office and specializing in criminal defense as an attorney in various firms. Lisa earned a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia.
