Kendal Giles

Kendal serves as President as well as Principal-in-Charge of the firm’s federal government work and select civic and commercial projects. As PIC, Kendal is the prime point of contact for clients and has ultimate authority and responsibility to ensure projects meet or exceed clients' expectations for quality, schedule, and budget. With over 30 years of experience, Kendal has successfully overseen the design and production of hundreds of projects over his career, including several over $20 million in value.

Kendal oversees all aspects of business operations, including finance, human resources, risk management, IT, and scheduling. As such, he works closely with practice area leaders to ensure overall success for the clients and for the firm.
