Julie Carlile has extensive experience in operations leadership across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Deko since May 2022, Julie is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Head Of Operations at Equiniti, managing operations across multiple countries. Julie has also contributed significantly at Quint Group Ltd as Operations and Transformation Manager, focusing on project management and operational improvements, and has held various managerial roles at Aldermore Bank PLC, Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, Howards Financial Services, and NatWest, showcasing a strong background in stakeholder management, training and development, and operational efficiency.
