Min F.

Min F. has extensive work experience in the field of IT and information security. They started their career in 2006 as an ERP internal consultant at Carrier Transicold, where they were responsible for optimizing business processes, enhancing ERP systems, and conducting IT SOX compliance control. In 2007, they joined Continental as an IT Leader until 2011. Min F. then worked at Morgan Stanley as a PMO China from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as an IT Manager at Rheinmetall Automotive AG. In 2016, they joined DEKRA as the Manager of IT & Information Security until 2018, when they became the Director of IT & IT Security at DEKRA East & South Asia. They later held the position of Senior Manager of IT & IT Security until 2019. Their most recent role is Vice President GIO APAC and Country IT Manager at DEKRA, starting in 2021.

Min F. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information System from Ningbo University in 2003. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology. In terms of certifications, Min F. acquired the following: ISO27001 Auditor Leader from DNV GL in 2015, PMP from PMI in 2012, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) from ISACA in 2011, and ITIL Foundation from EXIN in 2010.
