The leadership team at Deksia has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields of education. Some members have experience as board members for companies such as ICON Sign Company and Yello Dumpsters, while others have been owners of their own businesses, such as Adam Bird, Photographer and Bird + Bird Studio. The team also has experience in teaching, including Associate Professor of Art and Design at Grand View University and Creative Director at Carnival Design. Additionally, some members have experience working in marketing and advertising, including Chief Marketing Officer at ToneCommand and Founder at Great Lakes Live.
