Brad Natsume

Brad Natsume has extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, and commercialization within the food industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Co-Manufacturing Compliance, Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Del Monte Foods, Inc. since March 2018, Brad oversees a variety of product lines including Veggieful Pocket Pies and Del Monte Artichokes. Prior roles include Technical Services Manager and Process Auditor at Mezzetta, as well as Product Manager for Quality Assurance & Commercialization at Taco Bell, where responsibilities included collaboration with ingredient co-packers and the commercialization of menu items. Early career positions involved quality assurance roles at Shine Food, Inc. and Jessie Lord Bakery, and a research associate role at New Medicine, Inc. Brad Natsume holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine.
