Loren Druz began their work experience in 2002 as a Sr. Director of Food & Operations Innovation at Taco Bell. From 2009 to 2011, they held the role of Fruit R&D and Innovation Process Leader at Del Monte. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they served as the Director of Consumer Products Research and Development at Del Monte. In 2012, Loren became the Sr. Director of Research and Development at Del Monte before eventually being promoted to Vice President of Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Services in 2018. Loren currently holds the position of Vice President of Research and Development at Del Monte, which they have been in since February 2021.
Loren Druz earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1978. Following this, from 1978 to 1980, Loren pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science and Nutrition at the same university.
