Michael Kilarski has extensive work experience in various roles related to e-commerce, business development, sales, and management. Michael started their career at Procter & Gamble as a Sales Representative and later expanded their role to manage the merchandising force. Michael then joined Pro Lab One as the Managing General Partner, where they managed One Hour Photo stores and worked in marketing, web design, customer acquisition, and financial analysis. After that, they joined Kimberly-Clark as an Ecommerce Specialist and Amazon Team Lead, where they launched the Ecommerce team and successfully executed brand marketing strategies, resulting in significant sales growth. Michael also served as a Customer Business Manager for the Fresh&Easy account and as a Category Development Analyst, where they developed effective shelf space strategies and provided financial analysis support. Currently, they are working at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as the Amazon Team Lead - Senior Ecommerce Business Manager, responsible for developing and growing Del Monte's presence on Amazon through various strategic initiatives.
