Socorro Morales has extensive experience in marketing and product management. Socorro started their career at Publicis as an Assistant Account Executive, where they coordinated the workflow for Nestle brands and developed brand strategies. Socorro then joined Novamex as an Associate Marketing Manager, where they actively participated in the development of marketing and strategic plans for leading Mexican brands. Socorro also worked on national consumer promotions and collaborated with retail chains to increase brand visibility and sales. Socorro later joined Del Real Foods as a Marketing Manager, where they developed marketing and strategic plans that led to double-digit sales growth and brand dominance in the market. Socorro also coordinated all stages of new product development and created the company's first website with a limited budget. Socorro's most recent role at Del Real Foods was as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management.

Socorro Morales attended the University of California, Riverside from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Del Real Foods

Del Real was founded in 2002 by the Cardenas Family, who are first generation Mexican-Americans with a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine. Deeply rooted in traditional family and cultural recipes, Del Real manufactures a variety of heat-and-serve Hispanic food products, including value-added proteins such as Carnitas and Barbacoa, rice and beandishes, and staples such as tamales and salsas.
