Tommy Lee

Tommy Lee started their career in 2010 as a Manual Laborer at Robert E Lee & Sons Concrete Construction & Excavation, where they rotated in various construction projects and collaborated with the construction team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Tommy worked there until August 2011.

In 2012, Tommy worked as an Intern to the VP of Operations at Core pipe products. Tommy tracked annual inventory, worked closely with the VP, Sales, and Plant Operations to align warehouse inventory, ensured orders were shipped on time, and updated work in process in the company's database. Tommy held this position until June 2013.

Tommy then joined Radio Flyer in 2014, starting as an Associate Operations Coordinator. In this role, they worked directly with OEM's to ship products on time and fulfill customer orders. Tommy also reviewed demand for replacement parts and ordered inventory. Tommy held this position until December 2015.

In January 2016, Tommy was promoted to Operations Coordinator at Radio Flyer. Tommy managed relationships with OEM's to produce and ship orders on time and according to customer requirements. Tommy also established an ordering process for flat cartons and led the implementation of a warehouse management system. Tommy worked as an Operations Coordinator until January 2017.

After that, Tommy became an Operations Planner at Radio Flyer. Tommy reviewed monthly demand and ordered replacement parts and components to meet warehouse shipping goals. Tommy managed labor within the replacement parts department to ship orders on time. Tommy held this position until June 2017.

From July 2017 to May 2018, Tommy served as an Operations Supervisor at Radio Flyer. Tommy partnered with the Radio Flyer China team to order replacement parts and components for custom product lines. Tommy also managed labor within the replacement parts and Build-A-Product departments to meet warehouse shipping goals.

In June 2018, Tommy was promoted to Operations Manager II at Radio Flyer. In this role, they managed labor and shipping/receiving operations within the warehouse, established and met KPIs, and maintained vendor relationships to ensure the warehouse had necessary systems and supplies. Tommy also established a culture within the warehouse that enforced the core values of Radio Flyer and recognized quality work. Tommy held this position until September 2021.

Currently, Tommy is the Director of Operations at Del Toro Shoes, starting in October 2021.
