Matt Worthington

Matt Worthington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and educational roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Del Valle Independent School District since December 2022, Worthington has also worked as a Freelance Consultant since May 2018. Prior roles include Head of Data Science and Analytics at Longevity Partners USA, Senior Project Manager for Data Initiatives at The LBJ School of Public Affairs, and Manager of Data and Analytics at Texas 2036. Worthington's background features a diverse array of positions in education and technology, including roles as Digital Learning Coordinator at KIPP Austin Public Schools and Special Education Teacher & IT Coordinator at District of Columbia Public Schools. Worthington holds a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School, a Master of Education in Special Education from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Abilene Christian University.
