HR Coordinator, Florida

Continued growth and expansion has created the immediate need for an experienced HR Coordinator.

Ideal candidate will represent Delaware Elevator of Florida in a positive, professional manner while supporting over 150 employees in the elevator and manufacturing environments. 

As HR Coordinator, primary duties include:

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews & building applicant tracking pools.

• Administer new hire orientations, onboarding and offboarding.

• Assist in benefits administration and employee relations.

• Maintain HR records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Assist HR Manager with day-to -day activity, as needed.

Position Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 5 years related experience preferred.

  • Would consider advanced college education, with 5 years hands on related experience.
  • SHRM certification a plus

• Experience with HRIS systems (inhouse training on specific system will be provided)

• Knowledge of employment law, labor relations

Skills & Abilities:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Understand the magnitude of confidentiality and have the relevant skills to handle sensitive data
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure.
• Ability to travel when needed.
