Continued growth and expansion has created the immediate need for an experienced HR Coordinator.
Ideal candidate will represent Delaware Elevator of Florida in a positive, professional manner while supporting over 150 employees in the elevator and manufacturing environments.
As HR Coordinator, primary duties include:
Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews & building applicant tracking pools.
Administer new hire orientations, onboarding and offboarding.
Assist in benefits administration and employee relations.
Maintain HR records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist HR Manager with day-to -day activity, as needed.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 5 years related experience preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems (inhouse training on specific system will be provided)
Knowledge of employment law, labor relations
