Danielle Bairos

Danielle Bairos is an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in health and fitness, holding a Master’s degree in Health Promotion from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health from Plymouth State University. Currently serving as Program Manager III at Delaware First Health since July 2025, Danielle previously worked as Corporate Program Manager for Strategic Programs at Point32Health from 2022 to 2025. With extensive experience at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from 2009 to 2022 in various roles including Channel Manager, Business Process Improvement Analyst, and Population Health Specialist, Danielle also contributed to health initiatives as a Health and Fitness Specialist at Take Care Health Systems from 2008 to 2009.
