Kiarra McDowell has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain management. Kiarra began their career with UCHealth in 2018, where they held multiple roles. As Supervisor of Supply Operations, they played a key role in the opening of a new community hospital and acted as the main point of contact for supply issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kiarra also served as a Department Coordinator, leading the supply chain team and successfully completing all inventory builds for the hospital's grand opening. Kiarra later transitioned to the role of Program Manager, Value Analysis, where they worked as a liaison between the health system and distributors. Kiarra strategized with executive teams to improve spending while maintaining patient care, implemented processes to reduce supply disruptions, and led initiatives resulting in significant cost savings. In 2022, they joined Vaya Workforce as a Program Manager.

Kiarra McDowell pursued their education at Colorado State University from the year 2010 to 2017. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a specialization in Psychology.
