Ann Delazaro

Ann DeLazaro currently serves as the Director of Provider Services at Delaware Hospice, Inc., since June 2023, and previously held the position of Provider Services Executive. From August 2022 to March 2023, Ann was the Vice President of Client Solutions at LEADx, a platform facilitating personalized coaching and leadership development for busy professionals. Ann's extensive experience includes over a decade as the Senior Vice President of Client Solutions at TalentSmartEQ, the leading provider of Emotional Intelligence services, working with 75% of Fortune 500 companies. Earlier roles include various sales positions at Valassis, Inc., ADVO, National Cinema Network, and Interspace Airport Advertising, along with an executive director role at Cedar Crest College. Ann obtained a B.A. in Speech Communication and Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has further education at Lehigh University.
