Alexis Feliciano

Alexis Feliciano is an experienced operations manager with a background in hospitality management. Currently serving at Delaware North, Alexis oversees Front of House operations, assists with the brand transition to IHG, and develops training programs to enhance service quality. Previously, at Aramark Destinations, Alexis managed rooms and Front of House divisions while also coordinating improvement projects in collaboration with various agencies. As a Senior Training Specialist at Xanterra Travel Collection, Alexis focused on training and development for the rooms division. Earlier roles included Front Office Coordinator and Housekeeping Dispatcher at Loews Hotels & Co, and Hospitality and Operations Supervisor at Canterbury Retreat & Conference Center. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Seminole State College of Florida.
