Mark Clemency has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at both Boston Logan International Airport and Denver International Airport for Delaware North since August 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Food and Beverage at Hollywood Casino from May 2012 to September 2014 and at Caesars Hotel & Casino from 2000 to 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and management of food and beverage services. In addition, Mark was a Managing Partner at 130 South Restaurant & Sushi Bar from 2006 to 2008 and briefly opened an independent restaurant in 2006.
