Patrick Restifo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the culinary and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Delaware North since May 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Professional Recruiter at Loews Hotels & Co from August 2016 to March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Culinary Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu from August 2002 to April 2016 and Culinary Specialist at Walt Disney World from January 1997 to October 2008. Patrick Restifo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and also has an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from SUNY Schenectady County Community College, along with studies at the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
