Steve Ullmann

Steve Ullmann currently serves as the Director of Facilities for the Western Region at Delaware North, a position held since September 2016. Ullmann has been involved with Delaware North Companies since March 2016 as the Director of Facility Services, and has held a similar role with DNC Parks & Resorts @ Yosemite since 2005. Prior to these roles, Ullmann worked as an Assistant Facilities Engineer for CSX Railroad/Vail Resorts from 1996 to 2005, focusing on maintenance and construction activities at various lodging and recreational sites. Ullmann's career began with the State of Oregon, where from April 1980 to August 1996, oversight and project management of maintenance for state-owned facilities were key responsibilities, alongside serving as the asbestos claim coordinator. Ullmann holds a degree in Fire Science and Hydraulics, Trades and Industrial Arts from the University of Nevada Reno.
