Jeff Hiebert

Jeff Hiebert is a highly experienced professional in facility and plant maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Facility Services at Emergent BioSolutions since May 2013. In this role, Jeff has effectively transitioned from a global to a local focus, overseeing various teams involved in facility services, including environmental health and safety, security, and equipment maintenance. Previously, Jeff held multiple leadership positions at Emergent BioSolutions, where accomplishments include implementing standardized KPI tools, harmonizing SAP processes, and achieving significant reductions in work order backlogs.
