Ron Siliko

Ron Siliko has extensive experience in management and leadership roles, currently serving as the Senior Director of Services and Facility Management at Miami University since 1997, focusing on customer service and facility quality. In addition, Ron is the owner of Tick Tock Time Management, providing guidance on time management, goal setting, and leadership training since 2012. As the author and publisher of the Outstanding Ohioans Podcast since 2014, Ron highlights the positive contributions of Ohioans to their communities and beyond. Previously, Ron owned Old Schoolhouse #5 Bed & Breakfast from 2007 to 2010. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organization Development and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration, both from Bowling Green State University.
