Tom Hessemer

Tom Hessemer is an experienced professional in the fields of guest relations, public relations, and client services. Currently serving at Devils Arena Entertainment in Guest Relations since January 2023 and as an Usher for Live Nation Entertainment since May 2022, Tom has a strong customer service background. Operating as a Beertender for Delaware North since February 2018, Tom has also worked part-time as a Suite Attendant at various sports venues. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at NewsUSA, Senior Account Director at Megaphone Media, and Senior Client Services Director at D S Simon Media. Tom's extensive experience encompasses strategic public relations and client management over nearly two decades, supported by a BS in Communications from St. John's University.
