Jess Poisl has extensive experience in creative design and sustainability, currently serving as a Beertender at Indeed Brewing Company since December 2021. As the Founder of rubbishREMADE, Jess promotes a creative reuse collective focused on upcycling and sustainable living. Previous roles include Limited Term Store Employee at Riverwest Co-op & Cafe, Communications Specialist at Milwaukee Audubon Society Inc, and General Staff/Design & Marketing at Cream City Hostel. Jess spent over 13 years at Coyle Financial Counsel as a Graphic Designer, enhancing corporate identity through various branding projects. Freelance design work for Ruvacards involved creating unique personalized stationery and event materials. Jess holds a BFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where foundational skills in graphic arts and customer service were developed.
