Steve Baccino

Steve Baccino has been working in the field of regulatory affairs for over 15 years. Steve began their career at Delmarva Power as a senior benefits consultant in 1998. In this role, they provided state regulatory assistance to government affairs and public policy teams on various legislative and regulatory matters. Steve also participated in working group meetings with public service commission staff members to develop solutions for regulatory issues. In 2005, they transitioned to their current role as a senior regulatory affairs coordinator at Pepco Holdings. In this role, they participate in regulatory strategy process meetings, conducts research on regulatory issues, develops testimony for company witnesses, and coordinates responses to discovery questions. Steve also represents the company at events hosted by the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, and non-profits.

Steve Baccino attended A.I. DuPont High School and then went on to study at the University of Delaware, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Steve also has an Associate in Science from Brandywine College of Widener University in Paralegal Studies.
