Laquan Magruder

Laquan Magruder is an experienced educator and entrepreneur currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University and Co-Founder of Fidelity Firearms & Tactics, which focuses on safe and high-quality firearms training for conceal carry and home defense. Magruder has held various leadership roles in education, including School Principal at Harrisburg School District and Assistant Principal at KIPP Philadelphia Schools, and actively participated in a principal preparation program at The School District of Philadelphia. Early career experiences include serving as a College Access Coordinator at Freire Charter School Wilmington and various teaching roles, with a military background as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army. Magruder holds advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and English/Language Arts Teacher Education, alongside a strong foundation in Criminal Justice.
