Brian Deal

Brian Deal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, strategic planning, and operations excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Supply Chain Services at the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), Brian specializes in delivering advisory services and implementing supply chain best practices for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Previous roles include North America Commercial Director at CANPACK US, where responsibilities included overseeing production and customer care for major beverage brands, and a Supply Chain Manager at Novelis (Aleris), managing demand planning for over 90 customers. Brian has also held leadership positions at PaperWorks Industries, Crown Holdings, Amsted Industries, and Sonoco, demonstrating a strong track record in optimizing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Brian holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
