Robert Crossett has extensive work experience in business development and sales. Robert has held various roles at Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), starting as a Business Development Manager in 2012 and progressing to Vice President, New Business Development, Director of Business Development, and currently serving as the RVP & Head of Business Development.

Prior to their time at DVIRC, Robert served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Delta Sigma Lambda Alumni Association from 2008 to 2012. Robert also worked as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad in 2012 and as an Insurance Broker at Shevland & Associates from 2010 to 2012.

In addition, Robert gained valuable sales experience as an Insurance Agent/Sales Associate at Robert L. Stevenson, II - State Farm Agent from 2008 to 2010. Robert also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Universal Online Promotions, Inc., where they achieved impressive sales accomplishments and successfully acquired new clients through B2B marketing strategies. Overall, Robert possesses a diverse skill set and a strong track record in business development and sales.

Robert Crossett earned their Bachelor's Degree in Management from Penn State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued Project Management studies at Villanova University. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Corporate Finance & Management Consulting at Temple University, which is expected to be completed between 2019 and 2023. Additionally, Robert holds several certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute for World Class Manufacturing, obtained in September 2016, a Management Development Certification obtained in January 2014, and a Lean Level 1 Certification obtained in January 2012.
