Beth Wichser

Beth Wichser, MS, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since March 2006, Beth oversees all recruitment phases and provides support for training, HR administration, benefits, and employee relations. Prior roles include co-proprietorship of B & B's Garden as an Organic Farmer, Graduate Assistant at West Chester University, Claims Technician and Administrative Supervisor at Atlantic Mutual Companies, Information Technology Recruiter at ProSearch, and HR Intern at Comcast-Spectacor. Beth holds a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from West Chester University, along with a certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
