Elise A. Turner, MPA, serves as the Associate Director of Communications at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, where responsibilities have expanded over 15 years to include leading strategic communication, public relations, and social media outreach. Prior experience includes roles at Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., as Assistant Director of Public Relations and Communications Manager, focusing on media relations for a national nursing association, as well as a Public Relations Assistant at Susquehanna University. Elise holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Villanova University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Susquehanna University and a study abroad in Communications from Regents College, London.

We serve a diverse region of nine counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer in New Jersey.
