Emily Fry

Emily Fry currently serves as the Associate Dean of Admissions and Director of Admissions Communications at Swarthmore College, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Emily was the Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania from August 2018 to October 2021 and held the same title at Connecticut College from July 2014 to July 2018. Emily's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Director of Admission at DePauw University and as a North American Culture Assistant in Spain, where English was taught to students. Emily holds a Master's degree in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a dual degree in Management and Spanish from Bucknell University.
