Braeden Rogers, SPHR, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Braeden is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Delegate CX, an offshore BPO company. In this role, Braeden oversees the delegation of business tasks to outsourced teams and focuses on client service and growth. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at the same company, where they implemented unique approaches to offshore management and training.

Before joining Delegate CX, Braeden was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Peak Sports MGMT. During their time there, they played a key role in recruiting and acquiring talent for sports management.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at J.W. Logistics, LLC, a provider of last mile transportation and logistics solutions. Braeden's responsibilities in this role involved supporting regional and national customers throughout the United States.

Additionally, Braeden has experience as a small business owner, having owned and operated their own business from 2007 to 2016.

Braeden Rogers, SPHR, PHR, completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Ouachita Baptist University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Braeden obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in December 2020. Subsequently, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2021.
