Jess Torres has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2016, they started their career as a Senior Training Specialist at ibex and stayed in that role until January 2018. They then joined The Results Companies as a Senior Operations Supervisor from March 2019 to September 2019. After that, they worked as a Team Lead at 24-7 Intouch from September 2019 to January 2020. From February 2020 to March 2021, Jess worked at iQor as an AVP, where they supervised multiple teams and supported other sites. In May 2021, they joined Office Beacon LLC as an Account Leader, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing employee attendance, conducting training, and reporting to leadership.
