Edward Dao

Edward Dao has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Edward started their career as a Programmer Analyst at John Hancock Investments. In 2007, they moved to John Hancock Annuities as a Web Developer. In 2010, they became a Senior Tech Lead at Signator Investors, Inc., where they modernized legacy applications, consolidated common features to web applications, and improved/maintained development practices in SDLC and Agile environment. In 2015, they joined John Hancock Investment Management as a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, utilizing Rally to work with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies while focusing to reduce IT expenses. In 2021, they joined Dele Health Tech as a Lead Engineer.

Edward Dao received their Diploma from Boston Latin Academy in 1999, following their high school studies there from 1996 to 1999. Edward then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2004.
