Naomi Plasterer

Naomi Plasterer is a highly accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in Android development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Android Engineer at Particle since September 2025, Naomi previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Ephemera, managing a team of eight engineers while also contributing to the core protocol. Naomi's career includes significant roles as a Staff Software Engineer at Rewatch, GitHub, and Pivotal Labs, with a strong focus on Android Kotlin development, GraphQL APIs, and agile methodologies. Educationally, Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines and a Master of Arts in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from the Academy of Art University.
