Ashley Dubler

Ashley Dubler has a diverse work experience in finance and business analytics. Ashley started their career as a National Capital Market Intern at Grant Thornton in 2005 and then worked as an Assurance Intern in 2006. Ashley later joined Grant Thornton as an Audit Associate and eventually became a Senior Auditor, where they were responsible for coordinating and executing financial statement audits for various clients.

In 2013, Ashley joined Delek US Holdings, Inc. as the Director of Accounting & Controls. In this role, they managed the corporate entities and led the redesign of roles in SAP to improve controls. Ashley also implemented SAP GRC AC module and redesigned SOX controls for a more automated control environment.

After their role as Director of Accounting & Controls, Ashley held various positions at Delek US Holdings, Inc., including Director of Business Processes-Refining and Senior Director of Business Performance & Analytics. Ashley was a core member of the IMS team, focused on enhancing the integrity of the Refining Business Unit through structured, standard work processes. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, business planning, operating expense monitoring, and SAP utilization.

Most recently, Ashley joined Chief, a private network designed to empower women executives and promote their leadership.

Ashley Dubler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude.
