Cecil Stallbories, MBA, currently serves as Deputy CISO at Delek US since August 2024. With extensive experience in network operations and cybersecurity, Cecil has held various leadership roles, including CISO at Illum Advisors and Director of Network Services & Engineering at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Notable positions also include Vice President of Network Engineering and Cybersecurity at 3D Technology Group, Manager of Network Engineering at Corizon Health, and Senior Network Systems Engineer at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum. Previous roles also include significant positions at naviHealth, Comdata, and Dell Technologies. Cecil holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Advanced Networking from the same institution.
