Megan Murray

Megan Murray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Megan worked at Delek US Holdings, Inc. as the Senior Director HRIS and Operations, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of HR technology solutions. Megan also managed the payroll processing and built and operated a central HR service center. Previously, they worked as the HRIS Director at the same company.

Prior to Delek, Megan was the Global HR Systems and Operations Director at XPO Logistics, Inc. from 2015 to 2018.

At Belk, Megan held various roles including HRIS Manager, Senior HR Analyst, and Financial Analyst. As the HRIS Manager, they played a key role in implementing a Talent Management Solution and was responsible for system administration, project management, process improvement, and data integrity.

Megan's early career included a role as a Senior Analyst at Wachovia, where they gained experience in data analysis and financial management.

Megan Murray earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing their studies between 2003 and 2005.
