Sian Jones

Sian Jones is a Senior Director of Genomic Science at Delfi Diagnostics since July 2020. Previously, Sian was the VP of Genome Sciences at Personal Genome Diagnostics from 2011 to June 2020. Prior to that, Sian held positions as Director of Genome Analyses and Scientist at Ludwig Center for Cancer Genetics and Therapeutics from 2005 to 2012. Sian holds a BSc and PhD in Cancer Genetics from Cardiff University. Key responsibilities include leading teams in analyzing and reporting NGS results, developing machine learning approaches for mutation detection, validating MRD assays, supporting the development of a pan cancer tissue test, and improving CLIA workflows for tumor profiling assays.
