Airton Neto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and data engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Success Leader at Delfos since May 2017, Airton has played a critical role in defining processes for the Customer Success area and managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle. Previously, Airton worked as a Data Engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Python and SQL, significantly impacting the company's growth. Airton began the career as a Data Engineer Intern at CNPq, focusing on research in applied mathematics, and also contributed to community service through volunteer work at CASD Vestibulares. Airton holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of Ceara.
