Idzarda Lindenbergh has over 13 years of work experience. Idzarda started their career in 2007 as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Consulting. In 2012, they took on the role of HR Project Consultant at Capgemini, where they designed and rolled out Change Management support for an internal restructuring project. In the same year, they also accepted the role of HR & Change Consultant - Project One HR at Tetra Pak. In 2011, they became the EDT HR Lead at Philips and in 2009, they were the Project Lead for a Restructuring and Integration project at Philips Research. In 2014, they founded Lindenbergh HR & Change Advisory, where they served as an HR & Change Consultant. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Lecturer in HR & Change Management at Hogeschool Tio. In 2020, they became a Silver, Jewellery and Watches specialist at Amsterdams Venduhuis De Eland en De Zon, and in 2022, they took on the role of Office Manager at Delft IMP.
Idzarda Lindenbergh has an education history which began in 1993 when they attended Leith's School for Wine and Food to study Catering. Idzarda then attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1994 to 2004, obtaining a MA in Business Idzarda'story and Idzarda'story of Society. In 2005, they attended NIMBAS, Bradford - Graduate School of Management, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2007, they attended Harvard University to study Business Administration and Finance. In 2010, they obtained a Certified user from Barrett Values Centre in Change Management. In 2015, they attended H.R.D., Antwerpen, Belgium to study Mining and Mineral Engineering. Idzarda also has a certification from the Barrett Values Centre in Culture Transformation Tools - Level 1.
