Leonie Hussaarts

Leonie Hussaarts, PhD, currently serves as the General Manager of the TU Delft Dream Hall at Delft University of Technology, overseeing an incubator where approximately 200 students collaborate on engineering projects. Prior experience includes leading Marketing & Communication at QuTech, providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors, and managing communication teams. Leonie has also contributed to the Young Medicines Evaluation Board, managed large public-private partnerships at Lygature, and served on the Editorial Board of the University College Alumni Association. As a PhD candidate at Leiden University Medical Center, research focused on immune modulation and metabolic disorders. Leonie holds a comprehensive educational background in Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, and Communication from prestigious institutions, including Leiden University, Imperial College London, and University College Utrecht.
