Marwan Darwish

Marwan Darwish is a Cyber Security Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft since September 2021, focusing on the detection and characterization of advanced cyber attacks while collaborating with European researchers and industry partners. Previously, Marwan served as a Cyber Security Specialist and Team Lead for the HEIR H2020 Project, enhancing cybersecurity in healthcare environments. As a Senior Cyber Security Advisor with the Syrian Professional Network, Marwan provided expert guidance on various cybersecurity issues. Previous roles include Full Stack Engineer and Frontend Developer at Pickles Auctions, Robotic Process Automation Developer at Steelcase, and Cybersecurity Researcher at Universiti Kuala Lumpur. Marwan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Cybersecurity from Delft University of Technology and multiple degrees in Information Technology and Web Sciences.
