Finn Boom

Finn Boom has extensive experience in logistics and operations, currently serving as the Head of Logistics Performance & Support at Delhaize Belgium since June 2019, overseeing various areas including 1st line logistics support and automation. Prior to this role, Finn held multiple positions at XPO Logistics Europe from August 2015 to June 2019, progressing from Customer Solutions Engineer to Automation Manager. Earlier in the career, Finn worked at Kludde Antwerpen and Activ in various roles, including Praeses and service positions, and gained experience as a Quaestor at PSW vzw. Finn's educational background includes a Master of Science in Maritime Sciences and Political Science from the University of Antwerp, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
