The E-commerce Team at Delhaize Belgium is dedicated to enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers. The team consists of diverse roles such as the Customer Journey Manager, who ensures seamless online shopping experiences; the UX & Digital Development Manager, who focuses on optimizing the website and mobile interfaces; the E-commerce Field Support Specialist, who provides operational support to ensure smooth logistical integration; and the E-commerce - Specialist Reordering & Planogramme Assistant, who manages the online inventory and product display. Together, they work to provide convenient, efficient, and enjoyable online shopping solutions for our customers.
