Achal Gupta

Achal Gupta is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel for both the Government of Delhi and the Delhi Development Authority since March and November 2021, respectively. Additionally, Achal holds positions as Independent Counsel at the High Court of Delhi and Legal Counsel for the Delhi Pollution Control Committee, both since January 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at L&L Partners from October 2017 to December 2020 and a Consultant specializing in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing at EY from November 2012 to September 2017. Achal began the career as an Audit Associate at SS Kothari Mehta & Co. from February 2008 to March 2011. Achal completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University, alongside education at Amity International School, Noida.
