Garima Prashad

Garima Prashad is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the Indian judiciary and government sector. Since August 1998, Garima has served as a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and has held positions such as Senior Counsel for the Government of India and Advocate on Record. Currently, Garima functions as the Additional Advocate General for Uttar Pradesh at the Supreme Court and provides legal counsel to various organizations including the Delhi Development Authority and the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. Additionally, Garima serves as a Senior Arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre and has played key roles as Senior and Standing Counsel for multiple government bodies, including the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. Garima was also the Managing Partner at WPC Law, a law firm specializing in commercial, corporate, and international law until 2021.
