Ganesh Kamath

Ganesh Kamath has a strong background in the food industry, with extensive experience in innovation and research and development. Ganesh worked as the Chief Innovation Officer at Deli Star Corporation starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the President of GFI Consulting, LLC from an unspecified start date in 2010 until May 2023. In this role, they assisted customers in food ingredient procurement, marketing and distributing food products, and coordinating import and export processes. Ganesh also worked with clients on commercial development of ingredient/process technologies. Before GFI Consulting, Kamath held various director positions at Tyson Foods, including Director of Strategic/Open Innovation, Director of Central Research, and Director of Science & Technology in the Research and Development department.

Ganesh Kamath holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from North Carolina State University. Prior to that, they earned an M.S. in Food Science from the University of Maine. Ganesh also holds a B. Tech degree in Food Technology from the University of Mumbai.
